- Why I chose my major
I’ve always been interested in the way the fashion industry works, but I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do within it, or even what all the possibilities were. Once I saw the classes offered within the major and how they spanned all areas of the industry, like buying, trend forecasting and apparel quality, I knew that I would quickly find my niche. After going through the program, I’ve found my passion in sustainability and sourcing and am dedicated to making a difference in the supply chain and the way we consume.
- What I like most about FACS
Being in a smaller college really gives you the chance to connect with everyone, so FACS immediately felt like a family to me. Every single faculty member and student has always been so welcoming and dedicated to helping each other succeed. It’s been so incredible to see everything my peers have accomplished throughout the years, and I’m excited to see what we all go on to achieve!
- Post-graduation plans
After graduation, I’ll be joining Chico’s FAS as a merchandising intern!
