- Why I chose my major
I chose to major in nutritional sciences because I'm passionate about understanding the intricate relationship between food and health. It has offered me the chance to delve deeper into a topic that interests me while learning how nutrition can make a positive impact on people's lives by promoting healthy eating habits and disease prevention. In addition, it has offered me a unique perspective that I will be able to take with me into my future schooling, career and throughout life.
- What I like most about FACS
Being in FACS has allowed me to become a part of a tight-knit community within a school as large as the University of Georgia. I love the smaller class sizes and the opportunity it gives to make impactful, lasting relationships with other students and the faculty. I have truly found my place within the College of Family and Consumer Sciences, and I am excited to continue to cheer on all my classmates in their future endeavors, just as I know they have been doing for me along the way. I'm eager to witness all the amazing things we accomplish.
- Post-graduation plans
After graduation, I will be taking a gap year in hopes of attending medical school in the next cycle.
