Activities/Honors

I spend the majority of my free time focusing on my own entrepreneurial endeavors. I created a clothing brand of my own during my junior year of college titled, “By Isis Aryon.” It’s named after my first and middle name. All designs are made exclusively by myself - Isis Aryon. I enjoy incorporating tactics that are personal and representative of myself; and my customers seem to enjoy it! As for now, I have only designed 3 renditions of one collection. This starter collection is known as “GRITS - Girls Raised In The South.” I’ve launched & restocked a total of 8 times and have acquired over 1,300 customers. The support I’ve received has been phenomenal and I’m extremely grateful for how much more By Isis Aryon has inspired me to dream and achieve.

Why I chose my major

I chose the Fashion Merchandising major, because I’ve always had a passion for fashion. Since the age of 5, it was apparent that I’d be a stylist or  designer living out her love for fashion. It’s literally been a dream of mine since I discovered clothing!

What I like most about FACS

I love that FACS feels like a village. You know what they say, “it takes a village to raise a child.” I believe it takes a village to raise one from a freshman to a graduating senior in college. The University of Georgia is a large school, but being a part of FACS has made it feel so much smaller. I enjoy sharing multiple classes with students I’ve created bonds with and professors who enjoy identifying me by name.

Post-graduation Plans

After graduation, I plan to dedicate a full year of my time to strictly nurture and grow my clothing brand, By Isis Aryon. I hope to fall in love with it more then I already have and use all that I’ve learned throughout my college journey to reach new levels of success. It’s been a challenge to juggle entrepreneurship and the journey of college, but I’m grateful for the knowledge I’ve acquired thus far and am eager to apply it all.
