My goal as a teacher is to spark curiosity and foster a desire to learn for life. I believe in continuous and lifelong learning, and I have significantly enriched my personal journey following this path. On this path, I was able to identify four distinct components: diversifying, ordering, pacing, and flourishing.

Diversifying: I understand that growth is not linear and that many available valuable avenues lead to journeys full of productive and satisfying learning outcomes.

Ordering: I like and admire organization, simplicity, and structure. Those who can piece together complex ideas into small sound bites have not only mastered the material, but they have also developed empathy and respect for others.

Pacing: A great mentor once told me that sometimes you need to slow down to go faster and that there are times to run and times to rest.

Flourishing: I believe in intellectual stimulation and cooperative learning experiences. Working with others adds texture, color, and depth to our human experience.
