Research

Dr. Grossman conducts research in the area of the scholarship of teaching and learning.

Teaching

Dr. Grossman teaches a large, undergradute introductory nutrition course as well as graduate courses for students in the Dietetic Internship program.

Outreach

Dr. Grossman was the Director of the Dietetic Internship, a nationally accredited program (accredited through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics) from 1998 - 2021.  This internship is required for students training to become a Registered Dietitian.
