Third Annual Lynn Bailey Lectureship - Honorary Speaker, Dr. Barbara Rolls
Please join us for the Third Annual Lynn Bailey Lectureship with honorary guest speaker, Dr. Barbara Rolls, Professor and Helen Guthrie Chair in Nutritional Sciences at Penn State University. Her presentation is entitled, "The Big Three: Properties of Food That Drive Intake." Dr. Rolls is internationally recognized for her research on the influence of food characteristics (i.e. variety, energy density, and portion size) on energy intake across the lifespan. She is the author of more than 250 research articles and six books, including The Volumetrics Weight Control Plan and The Volumetrics Eating Plan.
The lectureship will occur on Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, at the Special Collections Library Rm. 271 from 11:30am - 12:30pm with a reception to follow. Please RSVP by April 1st, 2025.
