New Project Request

Please use the form below to request creative services provided by the communications team. All marketing pieces should be sent to the communications team for approval.

Turnaround Time

The communications team consists of Cal Powell, Director of Marketing and Communications, and Brandi Herrin, Public Relations Associate. Our average turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. The duration of a project depends on its scope, so the actual turnaround time could be longer or shorter.

Please note that printed materials need an average of 6 weeks for production and delivery.

Projects with less than a 3-week notice risk automatic denial. If a project is denied, you will be provided with a list of vendors who may assist with your project

Projects with larger scope require more advance notice.

Completing this form does not guarantee your project will be accepted. 

Please allow at least 2 weeks for designing a new project and 1 week for updating an existing project.

If your project is related to an event, please add it to the FACS events calendar.

After our office receives your request, we will contact you regarding your project. Work will not begin on a project until ALL necessary materials have been received.
