Choose Your Career Pathway
Students can tailor their coursework to several different pathways ranging from jobs in residential real estate, private and public sector housing data analytics, community development and local and federal housing-related public policy positions.
Residential Property Management
Coursework in this area prepares students for a wide range of careers in residential real estate, including property management, housing development and real estate sales and marketing.
Housing Market Data Analytics
Coursework in this area will prepare you for a career as a housing and consumer data analyst, where you will transform data about housing market conditions, consumers and policies into practical information for private sector, public sector and non-profit organizations.
Community Development
Coursework in this area prepares students to work with, local or regional housing, planning and community development departments; nonprofit organizations in policy making, planning, and housing development; and housing and redevelopment authorities.
Mentoring Program
We developed the UGA Housing Management and Policy Mentoring Program to support the academic and career goals of undergraduate students, recent graduates, and graduate students. By participating in this program you'll be assisted in transitioning from academic to professional life.
