Sometimes you need support to work through what you’re facing - whether that's healing from past experiences, navigating a difficult present, or building skills for a healthier future.
At the Love and Money Center, our graduate student therapists create a safe space to explore what's holding you back and discover new ways forward. We work collaboratively with you to address your concerns, strengthen your relationships (including the one with yourself), and move toward the life you envision.
We serve individuals, couples, and families in the greater Athens area through in-person sessions and throughout Georgia via telehealth.
Our therapy services are provided by graduate students in our Couple and Family Therapy master's and doctoral programs, working under the close supervision of licensed marriage and family therapists and AAMFT-Approved Supervisors.
Our Therapy Services

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy at the Love and Money Center means you benefit from both fresh perspectives and seasoned expertise. Our graduate student therapists bring current research and collaborative supervision to help you work through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationship struggles.
In therapy, you'll explore not just what's challenging you, but how - examining patterns in your relationships, your responses to stress, and the stories you tell yourself. Together, you'll develop practical strategies for the change you're seeking.

Couple & Family Therapy
Relationships are complex systems - when one part shifts, everything else responds. Our couple and family therapy takes a systemic approach, helping you understand not just what's happening between you, but the patterns, histories, and dynamics that shape your connections.
Our graduate student therapists work with couples and families navigating communication breakdowns, conflict, infidelity, blended family challenges, divorce or separation, financial stress, and major life transitions. Drawing on evidence-based approaches and collaborative supervision, they help you strengthen your relationships, heal from pain, and build healthier ways of being together.
