The Fashion Brand Management emphasis prepares students for careers in the fashion industry. A variety of subjects are covered, including trend analysis and forecasting, brand management, planning and buying, retailing, fashion promotion, and visual merchandising.
Coursework
Along with the core Fashion Merchandising courses, students will also need to complete 15 hours of specialized courses in fashion brand management.
Labs
As a Fashion Merchandising student, you'll have access to the CELL and EYE labs, where you'll participate in research projects to explore consumer behaviors in a dynamic environment.

Fashion merchandising evolves career paths that combine fashion design with business skills, offering a wide variety of career opportunities in retail and wholesale settings.

Scholarships
If you decide to pursue this emphasis, we have special scholarships to help you with study abroad travel costs and to participate in your dream summer internship. The scholarships are provided by the Georgia Soft Goods Education Foundation.
